Tutus: not just for ballerinas anymore. From the opening credits of Sex and the City to Lara Flynn Boyle’s 2003 Golden Globe Awards dress, it’s obvious designers love to borrow from the dancer’s wardrobe.

Liza Rietz is the creator of my two favorite dresses of the moment. I love both of these which feature her perfectly pleated rows of ruffles — so in right now, I might add. Her craftsmanship is impeccable, her fabric choices are lovely . . . I can’t get enough!
