In my opinion, there’s no greater compliment than a returning customer. Even positive feedback can be hollow, but when someone comes back for more, you know they truly love what you’ve made for them.
So when I had the opportunity to do a reprint of both Troy and Sharon’s business cards before I left for my September trip, I was really honored. You can read more about Troy’s original design here, and the story of the Franziska cards here. Want to order some custom letterpress business cards for yourself? Browse options here or get in touch!
This project one of my favorites from last year. Colette Allen
was founded by Meighan Newhouse in 2012 out of a passion for job satisfaction. She believes if you are going to spend the majority of your time working, you should love what you do. Or at least like it a lot.
When she went looking for someone to collaborate with for her business stationery, she found someone who loves what they do—me! She already had a fabulous logo designed by Red Meets Yellow, so we put together a clean and simple design that would show off the impression of letterpress and applied it to two-sided business cards and a flat two-color notecard. Add matching bright green envelopes and voila! Business stationery any entrepreneur would be proud of.
Life and work have managed to get in the way of printing and blogging lately (have you heard this story before?), but I wanted to share these business cards I made over the last few months!
These were a three-color card—double sided with two ink colors on the front, so they were printed over a period of about six weeks. The clean design printed beautifully, and I especially love the reverse treatment we did with the lower case ‘k’.
The business card listing is now back in the shop. I only work on two or three at a time, so if you’re interested, get in touch while they’re available!
I recently completed these gorgeous business cards for a friend of mine and I just love them! Having letterpress business cards are a great way to stand out from your competition as they are tactile and hold a sense of quality. Plus they’re environmentally friendly! If you’re interested in letterpress business cards from 622 press, check out your options here. Make sure to read all the way to the bottom, as additional orders of the same design are significantly cheaper.
Finally, I’ve gotten around to printing my own business cards. Just wanted to show them off because I’m loving them — never underestimate the difference the way you visually represent your business can make.
