Remember how almost two years ago I asked you to submit quotes you’d like to see printed? And then remember how life got all sorts of crazy and I never got around to printing them? That was awesome. (Please tell me you all got the Chris Farley reference.)

Anyway, finally got around to printing the first one…no guarantees the second will be done in less time. You can purchase here. And yes, Sarah, you have a couple headed your way! It might take me while but I keep my promises.

Keeping with the theme, I gave my mom a stack of blank cards last year for Mother’s Day and told her I’d print whatever she wanted on them. Just finally finished those up as well! Most of them went to good ol’ Marge, but there are a few extras available here.

Let’s be honest, we’ve all done or said something that frankly made us feel like an ass. Sorry loyal readers, I’ve been a little bit all over the place lately. Bacon, houseplants… I don’t know what this blog is coming to anymore.

This weekend marked the first in quite a while (and the last for an equally long while) in which I didn’t have to devote any time to that job that pays my bills. I spent two days doing nothing but letterpress, and let me tell you, I am not in printing shape anymore. No, it’s not that strenuous, I am just that out of shape.

Anyway, that means loads of new work coming soon, and in the mean time, another way to bring a little letterpress into your life:

Super fun paper circles! For the last year or so, I’ve been holding on to all my scraps and test papers and pieces that didn’t turn out quite right. So they’re not perfect, but there’s still something really beautiful about the intersecting designs…too beautiful to end up in the trash can. Perfect for scrapbookers, card makers, artists or even just to use as confetti on your next party table, these little discs add whimsy to any project.

A couple weeks ago all I wanted to do was print in this fabulous robin’s egg blue. Dandelions! Damask! Frames! Ornaments! (Yup, holiday greetings are on their way…) They all looked amazing in this color. This weekend, I finished them up (many got a pop of red!) and folded and packaged the one color designs while the rest dry. Enjoy!
