I would like to congratulate Alicia of Reboot for getting her lovely recycled wallets into one of Madison’s hippest boutiques: Pop Deluxe. If you’re in Wisconsin, this is just one more reason you must make State Street one of your stops (aside from the high concentration of locally owned and operated shops and restaurants, of course).
